The Practice
Having read the affirmations, we can now learn how to use them. As important as their language structure is, the way you use them is equally important. Their implementation draws on ancient tradition yet is unique in modern self-help practice.
The affirmations are delivered through a four-part resonant repetition method that engages the psyche, nervous system, and body in distinct but complementary ways. The four-part sequence mirrors the polarity sequence of the triads, which add another layer of subconscious resonance. Each of the 30 lines is practiced once in all four steps:
- Spoken Aloud: Speaking aloud naturally activates more breath and resonance in the body. The vibration of your own voice acts as a carrier wave, embedding the statement into both your conscious mind and the body’s felt sense.
- Whispered: Whispering shifts attention inward. It invites intimacy and subtle awareness, activating the parasympathetic nervous system. The body receives the message as a personal truth spoken directly into the heart space.
- Mentally Recited: This is an entirely internalized form of delivery. You speak the code silently in the mind while feeling its meaning in the body.
- Handwritten: Handwriting grounds the intention into motor memory and kinesthetic imprint. The act of forming each letter physically inscribes the pattern into neural pathways, making the code part of your lived, embodied memory.
The multimodal delivery is a deliberate way of touching different strata of the psyche. It is derived from Upanishadic teaching sequence: śruti (hearing), manana (reflecting), nididhyāsana (internalizing). Aloud delivery reaches the conscious and somatic; whispering engages the subtle and emotional; mental recital saturates the quiet, deep mind; writing inscribes the kinesthetic and procedural memory. When combined in sequence, they create a resonance chamber within the self, ensuring the code doesn’t just pass through surface awareness.
The practice cycles the input in a spiral pattern, flowing through the psyche like this: X → Y → Z → X → Y → Z . . .
- X-axis brings structure and direction
- Y-axis opens receptivity and depth
- Z-axis harmonizes both into wholeness
The energetic looping sequence is gentle and effective. It keeps everything in balance to assure that no part of the psyche receives too much or too little energy. This kind of pattern acts as a harmonic blueprint of the original form. Even though each of the 30 statements is unique, spiraling through the three axes is a special type of repetition. The conscious mind does not notice it as repetition. This allows it to bypass defensive filters and land directly in the deeper strata of awareness.
Handwriting Is Powerful
“Often the hands will solve a mystery that the intellect has struggled with.” —Carl Jung
Writing converts meaning into movement; movement updates memory. Handwriting is neuromotor encoding. Writing by hand forces the brain to translate meaning into movement and the affirmation is embedded in kinetic memory. This ensures the affirmations become a lived imprint, not just a passing idea. It is a literal method of manifestation. Manifested on the paper in front of you and mirrored in the psyche.
Here is how a session looks starting from Code 1:
- Speak aloud Code 1: “I am the ground where all steadies.” Voice it firmly, letting the sound carry your authority into the room.
- Whisper Code 1: “I am the ground where all steadies.” Whisper it as if speaking to your own heart, letting it land in your heart space.
- Mental Recital Code 1: “I am the ground where all steadies.” Repeat silently, feeling the words echo in your inner space.
- Handwrite Code 1.
- Move to Code 2 and repeat steps 1 through 4.
- Repeat for Codes 3 through 30.
- When finished, take 2 to 3 minutes in silence. Breathe slowly and integrate.
During practice, you can gain insight from your own body. Notice if you have tension in your hands, shoulders, or other parts of your body. Notice your breath pacing and comfort. Check in on your emotional state before and after. If resistance arises in the form of tension, distraction, or fatigue, it’s a sign the language is resonating a polarity imbalance. This is exactly where the repair work is happening.
When to Practice
Each daily practice takes about twenty minutes. Each session should be done as a type of meditation where you are centered and focused on the language.
- Morning practice sets the tone for the day. Your field stabilizes before you interact with people or tasks. You’ll start the day with more coherence. It’s outward facing, broadcasting into the world.
- Evening practice clears the noise of the day and instructs your nervous system during the repair window of sleep. It’s inward facing: you’re resetting and sealing your tone before rest.
